To request credentials fill out the online form below and submit. Media credentials will be available for pick up on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, beginning at 4:00pm at the headquarters hotel Hilton Lisle Naperville, 3003 Corporate West Drive, Lisle, IL 60532. Media credentials are required to attend all practices and the game. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation after submission of your request. FOR WORKING MEDIA ONLY!
